Description
Selective nonsteroidal aromatase inhibitor that lowers serum estradiol levels in the treatment of postmenopausal hormone receptor positive early breast cancer.
1 tablet per day.
Contraindication; hypersensitivity, premenopause, pregnancy, lactation, renal failure, hepatic failure.
Side effects: hot flushes, vaginal dryness, hair loss, dyspepsia, allergic reactions…
